Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Flint Charter Township, MI. This role supports store leadership, drives sales, delivers great customer service, and helps manage daily operations including staffing, training, merchandising, and loss prevention.

As a key member of the store team, you will supervise associates, execute company programs, and ensure a welcoming, high-energy environment that aligns with Lids’ brand standards and goals.

• Experience in a supervisory retail role is preferred.

• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for staffing and customer issues.
• Coach and develop store associates through training programs.
• Maintain scheduling, discipline, and adherence to store policies.
• Deliver strong customer service and promote store programs to drive sales.
• Oversee inventory, pricing, and visual merchandising execution.
• Open and close the store following SOPs.
