Qualifications

• Five+ years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to accomplish goals and execute results.
• Must work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Leads all Company Best Practices and maximizes productivity while minimizing steps and touches.
• Analyzes store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and overall store performance.
• Recruits, hires, trains and develops Assistant Managers, Area Supervisors and associates.
• Manages the operations of the Stockroom, Front End, and Sales Floor to ensure timely merchandise flow and inventory control.
• Responsible for payroll administration including scheduling and payroll reporting.
• Direct supervision of Store staff and ensuring compliance with safety and loss prevention programs.
