Responsibilities

• Lead all store operations to meet Company standards and drive sales and profit.
• Recruit, train and develop Assistant Managers, Area Supervisors and non-exempt Associates.
• Manage Stockroom, Front End and Sales Floor to ensure timely merchandise flow and proper receiving.
• Monitor payroll hours and scheduling to control expenses and improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety, Loss Prevention, and Company policies.
