Qualifications

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to accomplish goals and execute to achieve results.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire store operation to meet Company standards and drive sales and profit.
• Recruit, train and develop Store Associates and supervisors.
• Ensure proper scheduling and payroll administration.
• Maintain a safe, clean, easy-to-shop environment with strong customer service.
• Manage loss prevention and inventory processes.
