Job summary

Turkey Hill is seeking a Managers In Training candidate to lead daily store operations and develop a strong guest-focused team. You will train with senior leaders, learn scheduling, coaching, and KPI tracking, and support the Store Manager and district leadership in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

The program offers a structured training track, real-world leadership exposure, and opportunities for advancement across our Pennsylvania–area stores.

Qualifications

High school degree or GED required with strong customer focus.
Experience in retail, food service or restaurant management preferred.
ServSafe/Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional customer service.
Assist Store Manager in building and developing a store team through training and coaching.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure 100% in-stock conditions.
O versight of quality control, merchandising and food safety where applicable.
Operate the cash register and manage daily store operations.
