Turkey Hill is seeking a Managers In Training candidate to join our fast-paced retail leadership team. You will train with senior leaders, cover various shifts, and learn to manage day-to-day store operations.

The role supports the Store Manager and aims to develop bench leadership within our convenience store network. You will participate in a structured training program, work toward strong guest service standards, and contribute to a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High energy and strong customer service mindset.
• Experience in retail, food service or restaurant management.
• Willingness to train, lead, and coach a store team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and assist in building a strong store team.
• Assist Store Manager with training, scheduling, and coaching team members.
• Monitor in-store product levels and ensure 100% in-stock availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety where applicable.
• Operate cash register and support daily store operations.
• Support Store Manager and District Manager as needed.
