Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Toledo to partner with the Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will coach partners, manage inventory and scheduling, merchandise, and implement company policies while upholding Boot Barn values. This role focuses on building a high-performing team and achieving store goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead partners to foster a service & selling culture and exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Review goals with partners, providing consistent and timely coaching, actionable feedback, and recognition of excellence.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to adapt to changing business needs and procedures; adjust store schedule, implement directives, and train staff on new policies.
• Assess and communicate localized customers’ needs to Store Manager and plan community outreach events.
• Lead and coach associates in driving customer engagement through loyalty programs and member benefits.
• Ensure merchandise stock levels, adjacencies, presentations, and signings meet customer needs and brand guidelines.
