Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our store leadership team in Albuquerque. You will work with the Store Manager to foster a service-driven, selling culture and help drive year-over-year performance.

Lead, coach, and develop partners on the sales floor, ensure merchandising and operations align with standards, and collaborate on schedules, events, and loyalty programs to grow customer engagement and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Maintain product knowledge and merchandising standards.
• Drive events and community outreach to support sales goals.
• Grow customer engagement through loyalty programs and credit cards.
• Ensure stock levels, signages, adjacencies, and presentations meet standards.
• Support inventory shrink plans and implement loss-control strategies.
• Uphold company policies and professional standards.
