Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred in business-related field.
• 1-3 years of retail experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Proven success leading both perishable and non-perishable departments with focus on safety, inventory, and promotions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with detail orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and appropriate HR/bookkeeping software.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct all store-level business processes and ensure programs run smoothly.
• Lead a team of department managers and receivers to drive sales and efficiency.
• Maintain inventory and control expenses to meet targets.
• Coach and develop leaders, support performance reviews, and staffing decisions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and labeling standards.
