Job summary

You will ensure perishable and non-perishable operations meet safety, labeling, and weights standards while mentoring staff and delivering exceptional customer service. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business-related fields preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience with proven leadership in perishable and non-perishable departments.
• Strong communication, detail orientation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic bookkeeping; flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of about ten Department Managers and Receivers with integrity and respect.
• Oversee store operations, drive sales, ensure superior customer service and safety compliance.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, labor, and expenses to meet targets (P&L ownership).
• Communicate policy changes, training needs, and product knowledge across teams.
• Respond to emergencies, resolve issues with urgency, and maintain audit readiness.
