You will lead truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards, ensuring accurate pricing and timely promotional execution while maintaining a customer-ready store environment.

Responsibilities include SOP adherence, scheduling, and training to improve in-stock levels, stock movement, and store conditions.

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Strong workload planning and inventory management.
• Ability to manage SOPs and company programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution processes, ensuring timely unloading and efficient flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and ensure merchandising sets are completed on schedule.
• Establish and maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
• Manage inventory control, accuracy, integrity, and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets and ensure promotional signage and product placement are compliant and customer-focused.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and returns processing (RTVs) with accuracy.
