Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee a single Panda Express store. You’ll hire, lead and coach associates to hit financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

A multi-week leadership training program will prepare you for success and future growth within the company. Eligible full-time associates receive comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement as part of Panda Strong Since 1983.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Participate in a leadership training program of 3+ weeks to prepare for success.
• Support ongoing development and execution of store initiatives to drive results.
