Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to labor laws and company policies; ensure store is properly staffed.
• Provide proper training for employees; conduct performance evaluations; identify gaps for solutions and/or counseling.
• Open and close the store on a regular basis and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Evaluate operating statements to identify business trends, profitability, and inventory issues.
• Ensure merchandise is presented according to established practices and pricing.
