Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees per policy; ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations and counsel as needed.
• Recommend employee pay rate and advancement based on performance.
• Communicate performance and safety expectations; conduct regular meetings.
• Open and close the store on a rotating schedule.
