Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program.
• Support steady store performance and guest satisfaction.
