Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store operations in the Panda Express concept. You will assist with hiring, coaching, and directing team members to drive financial results and guest satisfaction.

A structured 3+ week leadership training program is provided to set you up for success. The role offers meaningful training, advancement to management positions, and a comprehensive benefits package for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program to prepare for success.
