Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in a retail supervisory role or similar.
• Strong communication and in-store leadership skills.
• Experience operating a Point of Sale (POS) system and in-store tech.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day work of associate level staff.
• Provide direction, training, and coaching to associates to ensure efficient store operations and strong customer service.
• Supervise the assigned department and support store profitability through effective receiving, stocking, and processing.
• Foster store culture through teamwork and lead by example.
• Collaborate with the store leadership team on policies, procedures, and standards for areas of responsibility.
• Maintain company standards and resolve issues to uphold quality.
