Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a Retail Supervisor to join the Store Leadership Team. You will guide and coach associate-level staff, ensure efficient store operations, and uphold quality standards to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will lead by example, maintain store profitability through effective receiving, replenishing and processing, and collaborate with leadership on policies and standards.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in store leadership or a related role.
• Experience operating a POS system and other in-store technology.
• Effective communication with leadership, associates, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day work of associate level staff.
• Provide direction, training, and coaching for efficient store operations.
• Supervise department profitability through receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing.
• Build store culture through teamwork and coaching while leading by example.
• Collaborate with leadership on policies and standards for areas of responsibility.
• Maintain standards and ensure adherence to procedures and quality.
