Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; no specific degree required.
• Experience operating POS and in-store computerized systems.
• Effective communication skills with leadership, associates, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day work of associate level staff.
• Provide direction, training, and coaching to associates to ensure efficient store operations and proper procedures.
• Supervise department and oversee store profitability through receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing.
• Create store culture through teamwork and coaching, modeling professional behavior.
• Collaborate with the store leadership team on policies, procedures, and standards for areas of responsibility.
• Maintain company standards and resolve problems or errors.
