Lids is seeking a hands-on Assistant Store Manager in Murfreesboro, TN to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will supervise staff, execute training programs, and ensure adherence to policy while maintaining a welcoming, high‑performing retail environment.

As a key leader, you’ll collaborate with the Store Manager to optimize inventory, merchandising, and store metrics, while upholding Lids standards and brand image in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience and team supervision.
• Ability to manage store operations, inventory and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on duty and oversee scheduling and customer issues.
• Lead sales strategy to achieve KPIs and store targets.
• Maintain store appearance, merchandising and cleanliness per guidelines.
• Manage cash handling, opening/closing procedures and audits.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel.
