Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Nashville to lead daily store operations, train and supervise store staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will execute selling strategies to hit KPIs, manage scheduling, and uphold Lids Brand Standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring proper merchandising, inventory control, and implementing store policies while fostering a fun, inclusive team culture and delivering a premier customer experience.
