Salon Service Group is seeking a Store Manager in Murfreesboro, TN, to lead a team focused on exceptional customer experiences in a high-quality store environment. The role drives a results-focused, sales-oriented culture that supports growth for customers and consultants and the business.

The Manager will coach the team, hire and train Associates, and oversee daily store operations, including inventory and cash management, ensuring merchandising and service excellence across the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; retail or customer service experience a plus.
• Proven sales leadership and people management background.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to coach a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sales-focused culture by coaching the team to identify opportunities, drive revenue growth, achieve sales goals, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Provide exemplary service, ensuring the customer is always top priority.
• Uphold high merchandising and operational standards.
• Communicate with area DSCs to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Hire, train, coach, and retain Associates aligned with the SSG culture.
• Organize, delegate, prioritize, and follow-up to maximize productivity.
• Motivate employees to perform at their best.
• Communicate with Store Market Leader, Sales Director, and Home Office regularly.
• Manage day-to-day operations including inventory management and cash handling.
