Auntie Anne’s in Overland Park, KS is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily store operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will work closely with the General Manager to coach the team, uphold quality standards, and ensure smooth scheduling and reporting.

The role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and guest service in a fast-paced environment. 18+ and prior supervisory experience are preferred; full-time opportunities with benefits may be available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous supervisory or management experience (Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, or similar role preferred).
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays).
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location).

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous supervisory or management experience (Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, or similar role preferred)
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays)
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location)
• 1–2 years of food service or retail experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to stand, bend, scoop, and stay active throughout your shift
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk-ins)
• Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft, POS systems)
• Ability to taste-test products for quality
• Cash handling and customer service experience required
• Food handler certification (current or obtained within 30 days)
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and POS technology
• General knowledge of food service or pretzel operations is a bonus
