Lids Sports Group is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Irvine, CA. You will lead by example, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service while coaching a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will be responsible for daily store operations, scheduling, training, visual merchandising, and ensuring policy compliance. Join a collaborative team with growth opportunities and a focus on guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales while minimizing loss.

• Able to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead and coach store associates using LIDS Training Programs.
• Ensure excellent customer service and achieve KPIs.
• Maintain store routines, schedules, and staffing levels.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
