The role requires multi-year leadership in hi-growth direct-to-consumer retail with strong communication and collaboration skills. You will work closely with the leadership team to optimize store performance and brand representation.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hi-growth direct-to-consumer retail.
• Omnichannel awareness and the ability to lead a team to provide a seamless customer experience between retail stores and ecommerce platforms.
• Proficiency with Google Suites and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Create a store environment that embodies the core value of Spreading Good Vibes and drives sales performance.
• Manage in-store sales, returns and exchanges while maintaining brand standards.
• Lead guest outreach and retention through personalized communication and events.
• Analyze key business metrics to identify performance improvements and drive results.
• Collaborate with Leadership Team on monthly supply orders and operations.
• Prepare store and team for monthly assessments and communicate opportunities to Store Leader.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized salesfloor, ensuring visual standards and timely floor restocks.
• Uphold high standards, recognize performance, and communicate effectively with the team.
