You will lead a team, manage daily operations, analyze performance metrics, and ensure a high-energy, inclusive environment that reflects Faherty Brand values. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays to support store success.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of leadership experience in a hi-growth direct-to-consumer retail brand preferred.
• Omnichannel awareness and ability to lead a team for a seamless customer experience between retail stores and ecommerce.
• Adept with technology and apps (Google Suites, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and partner with the leadership team to execute company directives and standards.
• Drive sales through client outreach, events, and exceptional guest experience.
• Analyze key business metrics to identify performance improvements and drive results.
• Manage cash procedures, store operations, and monthly supply orders.
• Prepare store and team for monthly store assessments and communicate opportunities to leadership.
