Responsibilities

• Process in-store sales, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain up-to-date client information and product feedback.
• Assist in planning and executing in-store events.
• Analyze key business metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Utilize tools and market insights to drive results.
• Manage cash procedures (opening/closing, deposits, change orders).
• Collaborate with Leadership Team for monthly supply orders.
• Prepare store and team for success within the four walls.
• Communicate successes and opportunities to the Store Leader.
• Maintain brand standards and visual presentation.
