Job summary

Faherty Brand is seeking a proactive store leader to partner with the leadership team, driving timely follow-through and execution of standards. You’ll plan, manage time, develop teams, and delegate to create an inclusive environment aligned with Faherty values.

You’ll analyze key metrics, manage cash, support events, and ensure visual standards while delivering outstanding guest experiences across People, Sales, Visual Merchandising, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of leadership experience in a hi-growth direct-to-consumer retail brand or equivalent.
• Strong omnichannel awareness and ability to lead a team for a seamless customer experience between stores and ecommerce.

Responsibilities

• Create a store environment embodying core values and delivering a positive brand experience.
• Manage in-store sales, returns and exchanges.
• Drive guest capture and retention through personalized outreach and event planning.
• Analyze key business metrics to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Maintain cash management procedures and collaborate on monthly supply orders.
• Uphold visual standards and restock floor based on sell-through.
• Motivate and inspire the team, communicate effectively, and coach development.
