Ideal candidates bring multiple years of leadership in DTC retail, strong communication, and tech proficiency with Google Suites and MS Office to support omnichannel retail initiatives.

Qualifications

• Multiple years leadership experience in a hi-growth direct-to-consumer retail brand.
• Omnichannel awareness and ability to align in-store and ecommerce.
• Proven track record of coaching and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Create a store environment embodying our core value of Spreading Good Vibes.
• Process in-store sales, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain up-to-date client information and product feedback.
• Assist in planning and executing in-store events.
• Analyze key business metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure floor is neat, stocked and visually aligned with brand standards.
• Collaborate with leadership on monthly supply orders and store assessments.
• Motivate and inspire the team to exceed goals.
