Faherty Brand in Colorado is seeking a seasoned retail leader to drive store performance across Sales, Visual Merchandising, and Operations. You will partner with the Leadership Team to execute directives, manage client relationships, and uphold the Faherty brand experience in a hi-growth environment.

The role requires multi-year leadership in direct-to-consumer retail, strong communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Multiple years leadership experience in a hi-growth direct-to-consumer retail brand.
• Omnichannel awareness and ability to lead a team to provide a seamless customer experience across stores and ecommerce.
• Proficient with technology and apps including Google Suites and MS Office; familiarity with industry blogs and feeds.
• Strong communication across multiple channels and proven coaching abilities.
• Track record of personal and team performance improvements in retail.

Responsibilities

• Create a store environment embodying the core value of Spreading Good Vibes.
• Process in-store sales, returns and exchanges; manage client outreach and events.
• Lead monthly store assessments and drive visual standards across the sales floor.
• Analyze key metrics to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Collaborate with Leadership Team on inventory, supply orders and operations.
• Motivate and develop team members; maintain effective communication.
