Job summary

Faherty in Miramar Beach, FL seeks a store leader to drive performance and uphold Faherty values. You’ll partner with the leadership team to execute directives, plan ahead, manage time, develop people, and maintain an inclusive, positive culture.

You’ll focus on People, Sales, Visual Merchandising, and Operations, lead daily operations, support events, and ensure outstanding guest experiences while aligning with brand standards. Availability includes nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in retail or DTC environments.
• Omnichannel customer experience across stores and ecommerce.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Tech proficient with Google Workspace and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations across People, Sales, Visual Merchandising, and Operations.
• Drive guest capture, retention, and seamless omnichannel experience.
• Coach and develop team; communicate performance.
• Manage cash procedures and weekly store supplies.
• Plan in-store events and assess monthly store performance.
• Maintain brand visuals and floor resets by season.
