You will coach department leaders, manage daily activities, ensure excellent customer service, maintain standards, and uphold compliance and safety programs while developing a high-performing team. This role requires strong leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store operations and teams in a retail environment.
• Ability to drive sales performance and customer experience.
• Strong coaching, hiring, onboarding and staff development skills.

Responsibilities
