Qualifications

Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program.
Ability to work flexible shifts to gain exposure to the full operation of the store.
Prior retail experience preferred but not required.
Past leadership roles in activities or work are highly valued.
Desire to pursue a career in store leadership and a focus on results.

Responsibilities

Provide positive customer service and maintain store standards.
Assist in achieving sales and store goals while monitoring shrink and P&L.
Model fast, friendly, and professional service.
Coach teammates to meet sales targets and ensure proper onboarding.
