Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program.
• Ability to work flexible shifts to gain exposure to the full operation.
• Retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Past leadership responsibilities in work or extracurricular activities strongly preferred.
• Passion for retail and a desire to enter a career in store leadership.
• Drive for results and customer focus emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members.
• Support department in achieving sales, maintaining shrink, and managing the P&L.
• Mentor and coach team members to meet and exceed goals.
• Spend majority of time in-store communicating with customers and staff.
• Promote a safe work environment and maintain attendance discipline.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
