Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible shifts including some nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and supervises team members in day-to-day store operations.
• Mentor and coach team members to achieve customer service and sales goals.
• Support departments to meet store performance targets and standards.
• Ensure safety, attendance and adherence to company policies.
