Meijer offers an 11-week Store Leadership Internship designed for students pursuing a Bachelor's degree who aspire to a leadership role in retail. Interns will be exposed to store operations, leadership rotations, and development programs, with potential to convert to a full-time role and advance to leadership positions in a multi-state organization.

The program includes challenging projects, final presentations to executives, executive speaker series, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Internship designed for students currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program.
• Past leadership responsibilities in work or extracurricular activities strongly preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts to gain exposure to full store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members and support day-to-day store operations.
• Drive customer service improvements and store sales.
• Mentor new team members and ensure required training is completed.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming store environment and uphold company standards.
