Qualifications

• Experiential program designed for bachelor’s students considering store leadership.
• Ability to work flexible shifts across store operations.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Past leadership roles in activities strongly preferred.
• Drive for results with customer focus and relationship skills.
• Strong communication and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive company image with courteous, friendly service.
• Support department in achieving sales and managing shrink.
• Model fast, helpful customer service and greet customers.
• Mentor teammates and help onboard new staff.
• Spend substantial time in-store engaging with customers.
• Promote a safe work environment and maintain attendance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
