As a Stores Executive Intern, you will work closely with mentors and peers to learn how Target’s retail business operates and what it takes to excel in a management role across multiple store areas.

Qualifications

• Retail internship or exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Spend time on the salesfloor leading team members.
• Partner with ETL mentor to understand roles.
• Leading daily priorities and ensuring guest experience.
• Present at daily huddles with leadership team.
• Plan daily goals and organize store activities.
• Review business reporting and guest insights to identify opportunities.
