Target's Stores Executive Intern program offers paid, 40 hr/week hands-on training to develop store leadership skills. You will work with mentors and leaders to learn how a Target store operates, drive guest experience, and grow through real responsibilities.

Exposure to daily operations, team leadership, and strategic planning prepares you for an Executive Team Leader role during the internship period.

Responsibilities

• Lead store priorities on the sales floor and in backroom.
• Partner with ETL mentor and store leaders to learn roles.
• Lead daily priorities, stock shelves, and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Coach and provide feedback to team members.
• Present at daily huddles and share results with leadership.
• Support goal setting and execution across departments.
