Responsibilities

• Spend time on the store floor and backroom, leading team members.
• Work with ETL mentor to understand roles.
• Lead daily priorities like stocking shelves and maintaining a guest-friendly environment.
• Partner with leaders to review team performance and provide feedback.
• Address team concerns and remove operational hurdles.
• Lead daily huddles with the leadership team and share priorities.
• Plan daily goals and organize store activities.
• Summarize results and priorities with peers and leadership.
• Support store leaders in goal setting and expectations.
• Review business reporting and guest insights to identify improvement areas.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and empower team members.
• Propose new ideas and solutions to business opportunities.
