Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead store operations and guide diverse associate teams within an assigned area. You will promote a positive environment, model professional behavior, and support the company’s mission to connect active people with their passions.

You’ll oversee day-to-day activities, coach staff for efficient operations, and maintain store standards while helping drive profitability in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in position or specialization.
• Experience operating a POS system and in-store computerized systems.
• Excellent communication skills with store leadership, associates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day work of associate-level staff.
• Provide direction, training and coaching to ensure efficient store operations.
• Supervise department profitability through receiving, replenishing and processing.
• Foster store culture through teamwork and coaching and lead by example.
• Collaborate with store leadership on policies, procedures and standards.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and quality standards and resolve issues.
