CVS Pharmacy is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a future CVS Store Manager role. The program spans 16 weeks with self-paced, collaborative training and a mix of virtual and hands-on learning experiences, supported by your District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager and Store Manager coach.

This full-time role requires a High School diploma or GED, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and retail management experience or CVS supervision.
