Job summary

AutoZone is looking for a Manager in Training (MIT) to develop leadership, customer service excellence, and operational expertise. You’ll receive hands-on assignments and structured learning, with promotion to management based on performance within 8–12 weeks.

As an MIT, you’ll support store operations, assist with staffing and training, and work to improve inventory accuracy and sales execution while upholding AutoZone standards and culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Full-time availability including mornings, nights, weekends, overtime.
• High school diploma or GED; bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

• Maintain clear communication with staff and customers to drive performance.
