Qualifications

• 1 year of prior experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Full-time schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead development through Leadership Development – Live The Pledge and WOW! customer service.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with employees and customers to drive store execution and performance.
• Learn to manage, analyze, and reconcile monthly P&L statements to optimize profitability.
• Support store operations, ensure policy compliance, and uphold structured training processes.
• Assist with staffing, mentoring, and training employees to build a strong team.
• Take charge of customer service activities, ensuring outstanding experiences and resolving concerns.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, store merchandising, and sales strategies to maximize success.
• Complete management skills training and learn key aspects of store operations.
