Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Availability for full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing store team, deliver WOW! Customer Service, and cultivate engaged team members.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with employees and customers to drive store execution.
• Learn to manage, analyze, and reconcile monthly P&L statements to optimize store profitability.
• Support store operations, ensure compliance with policies, and uphold structured training processes.
• Assist with staffing, mentoring, and training employees to develop a strong, successful team.
• Take charge of customer service activities, resolving concerns proactively.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, store merchandising, and sales strategies to maximize success.
• Complete management skills training and learn key aspects of store operations and AutoZone culture.
