You’ll participate in leadership training, staffing support, and developing a high‑performing team, with a path to management based on performance and opportunities.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of prior experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Full-time schedule with mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Mansioni

• Live The Pledge and deliver WOW! customer service while leading a store team.
• Lead by example, provide leadership and training to MITs.
• Manage monthly P&L statements to optimize store profitability.
• Support store operations, ensure policy compliance, and structured training.
• Assist with staffing, mentoring, and training employees.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, merchandising, and sales strategies.
• Complete management skills training and learn store operations.
