Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Farmington, UT is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to partner with the Store Manager and Leadership Team. You will lead sales initiatives, manage checkout and merchandising, and develop Teammates to drive performance.

The role requires a strong guest-focus, leadership presence, and the ability to train, recruit, and guide staff in absence of the Store Manager. This is a hands-on position with growth from AIT to Assistant Manager.
