Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to lead others to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Ability to develop rapport, trust, and open communication with direct reports.
• Ability to manage budgeting, personnel costs, and expenses.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identify training and development opportunities for direct reports.

• Participate in interviewing store personnel and ensure customer service standards.
• Ensure inventory procedures, product handling, and cash control policies are followed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper signage at all times.
• Assist with stock levels and product ordering to maximize sales.
