ALDI USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, supervise staff, and help drive store performance. You will assist with scheduling, training, and executing operational plans to improve results.

Starting wage is $26.50 per hour with a wage increase to $27.50 in year 2, based on performance. This full‑time role includes benefits and requires strong leadership and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in retail with progression.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities for direct reports to improve performance.
• Model company values to foster teamwork and engagement.
• Monitor local market to adjust operations and maintain competitiveness.
• Provide product feedback and assist in decisions on range updates.
