Job summary

Journeys in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Store Manager or Manager in Training to assist the Store Manager and develop a high-performing sales team. You will recruit, hire, train, and coach staff to meet sales goals while controlling expenses and protecting company assets.

You will lead daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, implement company initiatives, and drive loss prevention. The role requires 45 hours per week, night and weekend shifts, and a commitment to Journeys'
